Return & Exchange Requirements

  1. Items must be authorized before being returned. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
  3. Items must be in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  4. Use a traceable shipping method when returning or exchanging an item.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  1. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
  2. Items that are damaged, altered, or lost due to customer actions cannot be refunded.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us First:

Send an email to 邮箱 with your order number and photos/videos of the item. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Return Instructions:

If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and shipping instructions.

Please note: Do not send items back without authorization.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and signature. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Refund or Replacement:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days, and then issue your refund or ship a replacement.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If the return is due to our fault (wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover the full refund and return shipping cost.

If the return is for personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund.

Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
