2. Shipping and order tracking
International orders: Shipping costs are calculated in real time according to the address (customs duties are borne by the recipient).
Real-time tracking: After the order is shipped, the system automatically pushes the logistics order number and query link.
3. Package loss or damage handling
Problem feedback: If the package is abnormal (delayed/damaged/lost), please contact customer service within 48 hours after signing and provide: order number + photos of the outer box (if damaged).

4. Return and Exchange
Return without reason: Return within 30 days after receipt (lenses are unopened and scratch-free), shipping costs are borne by the customer.
